CO-ORDINATION

Co-ordination is THE most important ingredient. From concept to realization everything we do needs some degree of co-ordination, from the budget, the who's doing what list and when, etc, etc and on and on. We like it that way because then we can feel confident that the quality will be there on the day, budget low or budget high.

During 2000 Disney asked Derrick to co-ordinated two Japanese scenic painting teams within their new theme park Disney Sea in Tokyo, Japan. Guided by the Disney artwork he would paint samples for the teams to follow, instructing them via a translator, whilst documenting the painting process for generations of painters to follow.
