What a difference the mural has made to our business. Not just in making the shop stand out but our turnover increased remarkably. Derrick created the mural for Dazzling Fancy Dress with the idea of a theatrical stage with its performers lined up. He collected a number of potential costumes from our stock and presented them with amazing flare.
We are located on the very busy Hume Hwy near Bankstown and since the mural was erected our customers have had no trouble in finding us.
Stretching an amazing 14 metres across our shopfront, the mural is now one of THE most prominent landmarks on the highway strip in the Bankstown area.
Derrick recommended we finish the mural in a clear anti graffiti paint, as it will be easy to remove any damage. As a direct result, it has reduced graffiti to the building by at least 95% increasing the investment of our mural. It seems even local graffitists won't touch it out of respect for the art that it is. We are seeing the benefits of owning a great piece of artwork and it is much appreciated by the many who pass by daily.
